2 Clacky Cubes

I wanted to try my hand at writing MOSAIC Strict modules, and I thought a generic resolution system would be a good method. This kind of expands how I do resolution in other games, but utilizes a typical 2d6 vs. 8+ setup, with suggestions on rulings.
